On the original Kindle hold down alt+shift+G to take a screenshot. To take a screenshot on the Kindle Touch, hold down the Home button and tap the screen. You can take a screenshot by pressing the two opposite corners of the screen at the same time on the Kindle Voyage and Paperwhite.
